Zalando Plus

Zalando Plus is a functional service that people use to get their clothes delivered a little faster, our campaign turned these shoppers into a community of like-minded savvy (sassy!) shoppers seeking an extra ‘plus’ to boost their love of fashion to new levels.

 

Classic Dating Stories With A Twist.

The Insight

For people who are really into clothes, the sense of excitement around a new item can often be similar to that of falling in love. Through its many benefits, Zalando Plus allows its members to experience this sensation more often.

The Story/Idea

We present Zalando Plus as the service that really understands its members’ “passion for fashion” by highlighting the benefits through a more emotional – yet still light-hearted – lens.

The Execution

Our storytelling concept focuses on the recognizable romantic moments and gestures that are ordinarily expressed between people every day – only in our campaign they are between Lovers and their new Zalando Plus purchases.

Tik Tok Activation

To extend the campaign throughout the social media community, we asked Tik Tok influencers to produce content using the following brief: “Tell me you’re a _____ Lover without telling me you’re a _____ Lover”. The blank space was filled with any fashion item or brand they like, and the results were fun, humorous, and over the top as possible.

 

Tinder Activation

To really create the link between Lovers and Zalando Plus we promoted key Hot-Drops on Tinder using their on-platform ‘Branded Profile Card’ ad format. When users Swiped Right on these profiles they received a fun & flirty message in their inbox with a link to where they can join Zalando Plus and get first access to the Drop.
